Check In & Important Times:

  • Friday, October 4, 2024
    • 3:00 – 5:30pm: Registration opens in the Tabernacle entrance
    • 4:30 – 5:15pm: Introduction talk – Get the Most out of W2W! in the Tabernacle
    • 5:30 – 6:30pm: Dinner in the Dining Hall. Registration will move to dining hall during this hour.
    • 7:00pm: Program starts in the Tabernacle!
    • If you arrive after 7:00pm: come to the Tabernacle and we will check you in after the speaker concludes.
    • Arriving after 9:00pm? Please email us at tnwoman2woman@gmail.com at least two days in advance so we can arrange to get room keys and other material to you.

Things you may wish to bring: Your own pillow, blanket, umbrella, AA and Al-Anon books, flashlight, water bottle or cup, snacks for the ReTreats Café, and warm clothes / lawn chair for the bonfire.

All registration is online.

ROOMMATES: Requests will be honored only when received at time of registration.

STAIRS: If a flight of stairs is a challenge for you, please let us know at the time of registration. We will assign you to a (limited availability) ground-floor room.

CANCELLATIONS: Notifications before September 15th will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee. If you cannot attend, contact us and we may be able transfer your registration.

CHILDREN & PETS: Not permitted. Registrants must be 18 years or older.

MEDICAL ATTENTION: NOT readily available.
